Shipping
Most orders ship within 24-48 Hours from Kentucky, USA. In the US, standard shipping can take 5-7 business days to arrive from date of shipment. We do offer expedited shipping options that can shorten the shipping time to 2-4 business days.

Shipping & Delivery
All domestic orders may take 24-48 Hours to be processed and shipped. Once the shipping carrier has your order, it should arrive within 5-7 days with Regular shipping, but if there are delays with the carrier, then we have no control of the shipping time. Currently we do offer Fast shipping which usually will take 2-4 days to arrive if there are no delays with the carrier.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
Please also note that the shipping rates are currently based on weight of the items purchased as well as the final destination. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
We are not responsible for lost/stolen or damaged items. You will need to refer to the carrier and advise of the issue and place the appropriate claim. Once the items leave our facilities and the carrier states DELIVERED it is no longer within our policy to replace anything lost/stolen or damaged. We will do everything in our power to assist you and we guarantee satisfaction from a small business standpoint.
Returns & Exchanges
Godly Village facilitates the returns & exchanges of items under specific conditions. Returns & exchanges are allowed, provided the item is in the same condition as received, unused/unwashed, with tags, and in its original packaging. However, certain items are excluded from returns, such as those marked as final sale, gift cards, bespoke products, gifts with purchase, international orders, and intimate clothes (boxers).
The return window is 30 days, starting from the date the order is marked as delivered by the carrier. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer, and the return process begins once the received items are inspected. Customer funds may be temporarily held to confirm the receipt of returned items and ensure they meet refund eligibility criteria, preventing fraudulent or unauthorized returns and ensuring a fair process.
Please be aware that this return processing policy may be subject to change at the discretion of Godly Village. Any updates will be communicated to customers through appropriate channels. By continuing with a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to abide by the terms outlined in this returns & exchanges processing policy.
